By accessing or using DidYouSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DidYouSEO provides SEO audit tools, AI visibility tracking, website monitoring, and related features. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

When you add a website, our crawler fetches publicly accessible pages to perform SEO analysis. We do not store full page content — only metadata and check results. You confirm you have the right to submit any website you add to the Service.

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by DidYouSEO or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that SEO audits, scores, or recommendations will improve your search rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DidYouSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
